In this website you’ll find all the information you need about the various training options we offer. There’s courses and schools (both live and online) on the prophetic, worship, spiritual gifts, creativity, ministry essentials and general Christian life.
So what actual experience do we have?
We’ve been in ministry since our late teens and we’re now both in our sixties, so that’s over forty years of ministry experience. Over the years we’ve been on the leadership team in various churches and ministries and were senior pastors of a church, too.
Both of us are multi-faceted in our ministry expressions; this enables us to minister in a variety of ways and settings.
Rob ministers powerfully in the areas of teaching and worship. He is an author and a widely respected mentor of many worship leaders and teams in New Zealand. He is also a well-respected song-writer and worship leader and has produced many ministry resources over the years, including books, worship and soaking CD’s , DVD’s and training manuals.
Lyn’s ministry carries a very strong prophetic mantle. She ministers primarily in the prophetic and teaching, calling and enabling people to step into their destiny. Her prophetic gifting is also expressed through her art, and writing. She has written several books covering a variety of subject matter – prophecy and revelation, creativity, dance, prayer and prophetic allegories.
Our ministry name is Rob and Lyn Packer Ministries (RLPM) and as part of our ministry we also facilitate the New Zealand Prophetic Network, and run Together Network, a community network for women in ministry, and have functioned as Principals for Revival School Aotearoa NZ.

RLPM has a Charitable Trust under which it functions. The name of the trust is Christian Services Association, and it is administered by a Board of Trustees.

John and Fiona Steffens
John and Fiona have been the Senior Pastors of Fiordland New Life Church since 2001. Their vision is to raise up an apostolic company of people to be catalysts and stewards of revival in New Zealand and in the nations. They have pastoral oversight of Revival School Aotearoa, a revivalist training ministry based in their church.
John regularly leads teams to India, where they have seen countless miracles, unreached villages saved and hundreds of pastors and leaders equipped to minister in the love and power of the Holy Spirit. John is also a business man. He is the director of the Fiordland Lobster Company, exporting 100's of tons of live New Zealand crayfish every year. Fiona loves creative ministry, especially excelling in creative writing, and she often accompanies John on missions to India.
